Diagnostic Assessment
Every job starts with a real diagnosis, not a guess. We listen to what the system is doing, measure static pressure and temperature split, check refrigerant pressures and combustion readings, and inspect the equipment and ductwork. Installation Standards
Installation follows manufacturer specifications and code, not shortcuts. We seal and mechanically fasten duct connections, set proper airflow, verify gas pressure and venting on furnaces, and confirm electrical connections are torqued and correct. The line set is routed cleanly, insulated, and sealed. We do not leave a job looking rushed, because rushed installs are the ones that fail early.

Refrigerant Handling
Refrigerant is handled to EPA 608 standards. We recover rather than vent, evacuate the system to a proper vacuum with a micron gauge to remove moisture and non-condensables, and charge to correct subcooling or superheat rather than a rough guess. A system charged by measurement instead of by feel runs at the efficiency the manufacturer designed it for and protects the compressor over the long haul.

Post-Install Verification
Before we leave, we run the equipment through a full cycle and verify performance with the same instruments used on the diagnostic. We check temperature split, static pressure, combustion analysis on furnaces, and subcooling or superheat on cooling systems. We walk you through what we did, how to operate the system, and what to watch for. A job is not done until the numbers say it is done.

Most HVAC callbacks trace back to a skipped step—a system charged by guess, a furnace installed without a combustion check, or equipment sized without a real load calculation.
